Job Description

NetProtek, is seeking a sales professional with three or more years of software solution selling experience to the indirect channel. The indirect channel is comprised of VARs, Resellers, and Distributors. This position involves indirect sales of the NetProtek software solution. We are looking for experienced, motivated, and creative individual with an excellent record of sales success.

Essential Skills, Experience & Education

  • Define the profile of a perfect channel partner and prioritize sales efforts
  • Develop a successful prospecting plan, including a defined process for approaching potential partners, and execute based on performance metrics
  • Drive channel revenue and development
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities with our partners
  • Qualify, recruit, and manage ongoing business relationships with partners .
  • Manage to a quarterly plan for reaching sales goals and business objectives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts of channel partner activities
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, telephone, and email

Education, Certification, Training and Minimum Qualification

  • Built, maintained, and prospected partner program focused on software solutions
  • Three (3) or more years successfully managing a partner program
  • Experience with the Internet Software industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive for results

  • Expertise in innovative techniques and approaches
  • Invigorated by managing multiple and diverse opportunities through all phases of sales cycle

Technical Support Engineer

LOCATION:

Miami, FL, USA

Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer is a critical support resource for internal and external Company customers. The Technical Support Engineer must deliver accurate and timely support in the pursuit of ensuring customers are operationally successful with our products.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for Company Products customers
  • Support Engineers communicate with customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic services regarding technically complex problems identified in software products, and manage relationships with those customers
  • Resolve technically complex mission critical or politically sensitive customer issues, and maintain ownership of issue until resolved completely
  • Work closely with NetProtek Software Sales force to manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Serve as mentor and trainer to less experienced support engineers

Essential Skills, Experience & Education

  • Qualifications include a 4-year degree, preferably in C.S. or E.E.
  • Prior development experience, database experience, and experience with multi-tier software applications is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, IIS, and SQL Server required
  • Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Programming and debugging skills are required
